Seeking paid INVST interns to focus on Outreach & Inclusion, this academic year!

Interested in diversity and inclusion in higher education?

Want to enhance your leadership skills, and be inspired and prepared to work in the local non-profit sector?

Want to help an academic program at CU-Boulder develop its ability to recruit, support and retain students from different backgrounds?

INVST Community Studies offers leadership training programs at the University of Colorado – Boulder.

We integrate academics with community-based action, inspiring young people to choose careers serving humanity and the environment. With four service-learning programs, INVST builds bridges from the CU campus to the Boulder community, involving young people in meaningful community service internships and social/environmental justice projects, and in the process, helping them discover the place where their talents and passions intersect with the world’s need.

We are seeking two paid interns for this academic year.

Flexible work hours, up to 10 hours per week, reports to the Program Director, Sabrina Sideris.

Interested? Please submit a resume and cover letter describing your interest and experience. Must be an excellent communicator & demonstrate proficiency with social media, as well as excellent public speaking skills. Start date is October 1st, 2012.
