The CU advertising program will again offer advertising a2b, a three-week certificate program, during Maymester 2014. Advertising agencies recruit entry-level hires from all majors in the university. advertising a2b gives students a solid understanding of the advertising business, a path for finding a job and the skills necessary to make them competitive in the advertising job market. Since 2006 advertising a2b has helped students under your advising find a post-graduate career.
advertising a2b is a three-week, full-day, non-credit course open to all students with a minimum of 60 completed credit hours (as of May 2014) and to recent graduates. The faculty consists of top advertising executives from across the country. The CU advertising faculty will work with students to develop and present a campaign for a local client. The cost is $3,500. We do have limited scholarships available. These will be given based on financial need and interest in the advertising industry.
