Resource of the Week

 

Did you know you can apply for scholarships with the  Foundation for Global Scholars to study, intern, or conduct research abroad, as long as you are going for a minimum of 4 weeks? This nonprofit wants to help you get abroad, and is hosting a speed networking night with international professionals, on Wednesday, February 12, at 4 PM. ISSS Photo Scavenger Hunt

ISSS is holding a campus-wide photo scavenger hunt for all CU international and domestic students, happening next Saturday! This should be a fun event around campus, and we are providing free pizza to participants. Meet in the UMC 415 for FREE PIZZA and start the hunt! University of Washington Environmental Health Summer Research Program 

 

The UW Environmental Health Research Experience Program (EHREP) is a funded, nine-week summer experience for undergraduates with an interest in environmental health sciences. EHREP provides students with hands on experience in laboratories of leading researchers, introduces them to key environmental and occupational health issues while offering research exposure that will help them become competitive for graduate school. Students will work full-time under the supervision of a faculty mentor and will receive a stipend of $5,200. We strongly encourage students who are underrepresented in the sciences to apply.

Goldman Sachs Women’s Leadership Camp

 

The Women’s Leadership Camp is a one-day event where current freshmen and sophomore women learn about Goldman Sachs and the financial services industry. Students will meet professionals from all areas of the business, learn professional development skills and take part in networking sessions.
